85 Regal - Project DD... for now
So this was my grandmas car. She bought it new in 86, I guess it was sitting on the lot for a while. Anyways, she took amazing care of it. Never drove it in the winter, if she thought there was a leak of something on the driveway she would take it in to be looked at right away, only driven 3 or 4000kms a year, but oil changes every 6 months. Then in October '07 it was given to my brother so he could get to school, and he basically did nothing with it. No oil changes, didn't even wash it. Then he finally decides he needs a more practical car so it falls into my hands.
This is how it was when I got it

Interior is pretty nice. Headliner is starting to fall down though :(

I forgot to take pictures of the suspension stuff going in so these are old pics of my Cutlass...
QA1 coilover kit
Speedway tubular upper control arms
Spohn tubular lower
Speedway bumpsteer kit
1 1/8" sway bar

Quick Performance Ford 9"
Nodular case, Detroit locker, 3.70 gears, was used from a Busch series Nascar
11" Cadillac disc brake setup
Double adjustable upper/lower control arms with rod ends from Iceman

Corvette/LS1 brakes

Ghetto cat back I threw together. At least its mandrel bent haha. Sounds decent for what it is anyways.

I built a new gauge cluster for it

No comments on my terrible attempt at metal work/body work lol. I made quite the mess when I welded it all together and got impatient when I was doing the filler and it shows.

07-06-2009 #2I was bored one day after work so I headed down to the industrial area for a lil photoshoot hah. Didn't think to wash it first so it looks kinda grimey.

I have since gave it a good polish so I'll have to go take more pics one day.
Anyways, I'm driving it everyday now and it handles awesome. Well, awesome for a G-body anyways. The brakes are the biggest improvement though, it stops like right now. I'm pleased.1985 Regal - Tubular everything, coilovers, 13" Corvette/LS1 brakes, Ford 9" rear with 11" discs, 3.70 Detroit locker... stock 231v6
