      Well looks like Im going poly for a couple reasons. A) I have a greaseable Bushing set here that is nearly a drop in. B) the Noise transmission factor put it at the top. c) less things to fail....

      Nothing says "I built this" better than tool marks and dykem blue..

      Delrin would work very well.

      On all of our poly bushings, we use synthetic wheel bearing grease. Eliminates all the squeeks and keeps things moving freely, unlike the sticky lube that you get with Energy Suspension bushings. Something to try out.
