      2" lowerd trans am shock ?

      looking to buy shocks my 70 trans am is lowerd 2" is oem lenth ok to use or somthing else needed the car is a cruiser no hard road work yet

      HIOSILVER lowered his car with drop spindles, this does not change the length of the spring nor the distance between the shock mounting points so there is no need for a typical "lowered" shock, many on this board know this but others do not and it is easy to forget that many cars only have about 3-4" of travel in the front suspension, if the car is lowered the shock is just compressed and may turn out to have too little compression distance, it is up to the idividual to check their own car.
