Who is going to the Motorstate Challenge and where are you staying?

I guess I should write this in here instead of the race section.
Where is everyone staying for the event? I know the Ramada Surfari Joe's is all booked up. Are there people staying in South Haven or Benton Harbor? I'm not from the area, so I'm not very familiar with it.
I'm definetely coming with my car and I want to be close to all the action. Let me know guys!

Well let me know if you're not able to go.. Maybe I can take the reservation from you. I've looked at other places, some are quite a bit cheaper. I guess it's just because the time of year but the rates seem steep to me

More Hotels for Motor State Challenge

      Hey Everyone,
Here's a link to our Motor State site and the page that contains the contact information for the other area hotels. http://www.motorstate.com/visit.htm The other 4 listed besides the Ramada (Surfari Joe's) are located in Benton Harbor about 11 miles west on I-94. They're only about a 15 minute drive so it's not too bad at all. There are plenty of restaurants around each one so any of the 4 would be good. I will pass along some feedback that we have heard regarding the Comfort Inn. Some of our last guest that chose to stay there said it was not the best accomodations. Personally, I would avoid the Comfort Inn based on what I have heard and make reservations at one of the other 3 listed. There are also a few in St. Joe if you want to stay on the lake but they are a little higher in price.
If anyone has trouble finding a room please feel free to contact me directly [email protected].
Looking forward to seeing you all in June.

Obsessed- yeah, plan on taking the room if you want. I'll probably drive over for the dinner Friday and the track day Sunday, it's only 125 miles or so for me...

      Hey guys,
I am trying to bump all these threads about MSC ttt so it will stay fresh on everyone's mind. Just so everyone knows, the Autocross scheduled for Sunday is sold out as of today. This is great news for everyone involved and just shows how popular this event will be. Now, don't miss the chance to drive on Gingerman Raceway or go to the Friday night dinner and cruise. Sign up now to be sure you have a spot reserved at this event.

      Hey Bret and everyone else,

We're all going to have so much fun at this event and I can't wait. Driving out and should be in Indiana sometime Tuesday (if I drive) or Wednesday (if I let Dave drive) ... . It's a great chance to see some of the states, meet people we "talk" to here, and see some new cars, too.

Wonder if there's any golf courses in Watervliet ... ??? And thanks for the offer to drive a ridetech car ... yes!!

      Cheers,
      Mary Pozzi
