406 Short Block Most Bang For Your Buck

I am looking to get a short block for my convertible camaro. I read an article in the CHP on the IMPERSONATOR series and was very impressed with the amount of torque this engine produced especially down low. I have a set of trick flow heads, 1.6 pro magnum rockers, as well as the cam, headers, carb and intake ready to go. So what I really need is the 406 short block. With the vast amount of companies out there selling short blocks does anyone know where I could get the most bang for my buck for this short block? Anyone have a 406 short block that is pretty fresh and does not need rebuilding that they are looking to part with? Any help would be appreciated.
