      applying body filler question

i just got done spraying the epoxy primer.this week i'm going to work on the filler and blocking.
my question is,are you suppose to sand the epoxy primer before laying on the filler,or can you just apply it without sanding?

      thanks

Sand it with 80 grit min. after you let it dry overnight.

Im not a painter but you dont need to sand the epoxy. The plastic filler will grip just fine the day after. JR

Read the spec sheet on the primer you used.... the paint shop should have them. With the PPG DP series you dont need to sand it unless its cures for more than a week. After that you need to sand it to allow the next coat of primer to bite.
