      Differential Question!!!

Im looking into a detroit true track differential for my camaro since im peg leged and first and secong gear are nothing but smoke.

I have a stock 1969 camaro coupe (non SS or Z28) 10 bolt. I want to make sure of the size (8.5 inch?) and spline (28, 30, 31???) before i purchase.

Does anyone know the specs on these rear ends? thanks!

Your '69 Camaro came with an 8.2" 10-bolt rear with 28 spline axles.

Will you be drag racing this car or auto cross and road racing? If it's a street/strip car then I'd use the Eaton Posi. If you want to auto cross or road race then the Truetrac would be good. The Truetrac has some slight problems with drag racing and burnouts.
