New updated trunk latch kit

We have updated or MI 800 electric trunk latch kit for 67-69 Camaro/Firebird. We are now using a factory style trunk lid catch that has been modified to fit the latch. Our new catch is also zinc plated to match the latch. The plating also eliminates chipped paint like the originals.

The new catch is pictured in the lower left and the complete kit is beside it.

Thanks. It is a very functional piece, especially for those who run a fuel cell with the filler in the trunk.
You still have the ability to use the key to open the trunk or use the switch to open it. If you have shaved the lock and want a cable pull set up in case of battery power loss, I have a simple sketch that I can supply with the kit that shows a way to do that.
