The REST of the Story..... For Paul Harvey

I really enjoyed listening to paul harvey all while I was growing up and up until recently. This world has lost one of the greats.

His death comes less than a year after that of his wife, Lynne. It often goes that way, like Johnny and June. This news makes me sad.

CHICAGO (AP) — Paul Harvey, the news commentator and talk-radio pioneer whose staccato style made him one of the nation’s most familiar voices, died Saturday in Arizona, according to ABC Radio Networks. He was 90.

This saddens me My brothers and I worked construction on the same job in the early eighties . Every day at lunch we listened to Paul Harvey. It was some of the best times I had at work. My oldest brother passed away in 1998, but every time I heard Mr. Harvey I think of him. Now he is gone. I miss the old days.

I learned to love Paul Harvey working construction too, but in the early 70's. Man we'd race back to our trucks at lunch time, just couldn't miss one second of it. He will be deeply missed.
