      Powder-coated brake line?

I'm getting ready to start stringing up the hard brake lines on my Firebird. I'd like the lines I end up making to stay decent and functional for as long as possible but I really don't want to struggle with cutting and flaring stainless line. I ran across powder-coated brake tubing that seems like it would fit the bill, but I am not sold on it being practical. Has anyone used a product such as this before? I am really concerned whether the powder-coat will survive the tube bending process. Here's a link to the product I was looking at: http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/63060/10002/-1

Stainless line isn't difficult at all, we use both hand and hydraulic flaring tools here.

Personally, I'm not a fan of powdercoated brake lines. It may hide cracks and other imperfections.

Well if that is the case, I might have to update my tool set then. The last time I tried to perform a double flare on stainless with the flaring tool I have now, I ended up with a lot of headaches and not much else. You do raise a valid point about the powder-coat potentially covering a problem with the line. It seems stainless is going to be the best bet. Thanks for your input Matt.
