      holy moly!

I have 315 hoosiers on my car - cant wait to get it out to a properly prepared track - but the bgf's I had on a poor track I could not get to hook up with only 700 rwhp which left me at 12.0 at 130.

Those guys are running M/T drag radials....15" sizes & mostly 315/60/15

I run the M&H drag radials now (295/45/17) and they work great.

I cruise around @ low boost (8psi / 700 RWHP) and they stick very well...i dont use 1st gear at all, but 2nd hooks very good & they will stay planted after that.

I noticed your times went up with race gas - I am assuming you either upped your boost and or increased your timing to pull half a second off your 1/4 time?

Never really tried the pump gas tune again....when I went 9.21 the carb was screwing up & almost shutting the car off....its good for 8s on pump, i'll worry about it next season

Racegas = more timing + more boost, same A/F ratio

update - I love the tires. ran an 11.4 at 134 tonight even while messing up my 2 to 3 shift due to a hard transmission throw to that gear.

      ran them at 16 psi.

      very sticky.

I think I will stay with the hoosiers for now.

thanks for all the recommendations. I am hoping to land in the high 10;s when I get everything fully dialed in - including my pitiful driving ability - lol
