4 link & wheelie bar set-up

I'm looking for any information on the proper technique for setting up a 4-link. also how to properly adjust wheelie bars. I have a 92 camaro, double frame rail tube car. running 1020 hp, powerglide, 4.30 pro gears. I run 33x17 hoosier tires. my car porpoises on launch and I'm trying to figure out how to sop it from doing that. I currently run strange single adjustable coil over shocks and am thinking about upgrading to double adjustable shocks. any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated! thanks
