2009 Year One Experience cancelled !!!

Damn. I put my vacation in last year for this event. That sucks. Other than RTTH are there any events equal in the south-east?

I did the same thing, I put off for vacation last year so that I could finally make it. I'm just gonna hit up RTTH instead.

Larry, how about a Pro-Touring.com track day and autocross since Road Atlanta is available now from May 15-17, with DSE as a sponsor ??? I know, I know. I was just day dreaming out loud.

I would love to. I'm sure we could get a couple hundred people but not enough to fund it. With our new event being the next month I think it would be too close together.

E-mail them. Maybe if they get inundated with requests they will bring it back?

I had 7 car events that I wanted to go to this year.
And I was gonna' have to skip 2 or 3 because I couldn't afford them all.
So this actually helps me narrow them down a bit.
All things happen for the best.
This just gives me more time and money for Run to the Hills 5 and Motor State Challenge.

That's a shame, we had a really good time there last year and we just went to spectate.
We were looking forward to this year.

I can't and won't say anything other than this.

If you have hotel reservations you may want to wait a week before canceling them. Something might come up.

      Got a reply, same day.

Year One replied. They didn't say much other than it is a great event and that in better economic times it will return. I hope so. I can't afford to go or fly to any farther away events. Maybe my car will be done by the 2010 event....LOL.
