Congrats to Vinnie Allegretta and Jim Grayson !

I just want to give some acknowledgment to Vinnie and Jim.

Vinnies awesome '68 Camaro is on pg. 36 of the new Camaro Performers magazine as one of the 10 best of 2008 !

Jim Graysons awesome '69 Camaro got some ink on pg.94 in the Readers Rides section.
As you all know , Jim is my good friend and nemesis.
Our cars are almost equally prepared , but he always beats me on the dragstrip. The Autocross is a toss-up.
The article claims he is going to upgrade to a 383.
      Hmmmmm......

But , I just really want to give some kudos to two of our own !
      Congrats Guys !

Oh yea, I remember Jim.. he was beat by a blue Fairlane at the drag strip.. ;)

Both cool cars and both deserved the ink. In Jim's case I had a killer pan blur shot of his Camaro at Year One that just HAD to get into print.

There are a hole lot of those "B*tch" mistresses living in our garages.

It's nice to always see someone from here in the mags. Just brings it to a more tangable(sp) personal level. People you can converse with and actually have a feel for. Lets you beleive someday it could be yours in a readers rides page.

Great job guys. It's good to see cars that get driven so hard in magazines. It serves as inspiration for the rest of us to get our cars done.
