      Where to run fuel line?

I am going to plum the fuel line in my '64 Ranchero in the next couple of weeks. Should I run the fuel line on the inside or out side of the subframe rails?

It looks like it was run on the outside of them stock. The original is missing else I would just copy it. If I do run it on the outside, do I run it against the rocker panel or against the frame rail?

Outside. On the frame rail. This is for safety in case your driveline decides to throw a u-joint and frag the shaft.

Have fun with the plumbing, it can be a PITA.

Good point. I was thinking of car accidents. Didn't think of driveline failure.

      Thanks for the help.

No problem. I just got done doing my fuel lines on my LT1 conversion. Worked great with no leaks. Woo-hoo!
