      New guy from Idaho....

Hi everyone, I've been on here around a month or so gathering information and looking at some of the amazing build threads, but haven't gotten around to actually posting up any threads myself.

Well, about my car. I have a '64 pontiac tempest that I got last year when I was 16, my hopes are to do a "poor man's" PT build, seeing as I have A LOT more time on my hands than money, and luckily have family who have experience in welding, etc. that can help me with things. I also plan to do the age old GTO clone to it. (my thought is that since the only difference between the two cars was suspension and drivetrain, and i am going to definately change both of those along with a few other things, it deserves the GTO badges) I should be making a project thread here shortly when I get around to it, but thought I would say hi to everyone first.

P.S. here is a pic of my car when I first got it and how it is now (the dual quad setup and the 80's mailbox hoodscoop are leaving)

      Jeff

thanks everyone i look forward to learning more and seeing more of these great builds, and jack frost, sorry I cant run the dual quads, its a combined 1200cfm, which is WAY to much fuel for my motor.
