      Another newbie from SC

      Good Day all,

So I have been on for a couple days now and thought I would make my first post. It is really nice to get on the forums and see the hard work people have put into there rides. Here is my situation, I have the bug to start working on a car of my own (I work with people that are working on cars or have one to start which does not make is easier) and I have a wife who is not so excited. I hope to turn my wife sooner then later.

I was thinking i would finish this post with a AandQ.....this could be fun

What can I tell my wife to get her on board?

      Here are some example:

      1. The car could be something that can be passed down to our kid when we have one.

      or

      2. The place were I work has a new rule that only cars built before 1975 can park in the parking lot.

      you get the idea................

Have a good evening everyone....Richard out

      That could be a start!
When you go to "motor events" as my wife calls them, do something other than the car thing. My wife likes to take pictures of landscapes, old buildings, etc., so we will do other stuff when we're out of town at a show. She likes Road Atlanta because there is so much more to do than just sit around and look at cars.
Some cars can be an insurance policy too, if she's left with it and outlives you.
Where in SC are you? I'm in Rock Hill.
