thats pretty cool, but how much help is that at that slow of speeds. i was told that wings like that really only help at high speeds 60+mph?

Would prolly have more drag then downforce. I watched a whole video on the Veyron about the wing going down on a high speed run as to reduce drag at 150+ mph
