How to change teflon strip in blower?

Hey guys..
I just picked up a free older style (80s B&M underhood style)
It looks in great condition..well cared for so why not.
My question is this:
It needs new teflon strips within the blower..is this something I can do in my garage?? If I get the strips??
Do I disassemble and send them(machine shop) just the rotors to install for $96
Do I send them the entire blower to freshen and presser test $450
Any suggestions would be helpful I'm trying to stay on budget
and I'm up for taking it apart..but have never delt with a blower
of any kind...looks like its all an unbolt process???
