      converter lock up problem

Help? Just installed a Bowtie Overdrives level two 2004R with 2400 lock up converter, with deep aluminum pan and brake switch lock up kit. At around 30-35 mph on deceleration the converter seems to lock and unlock causing a jerking or bucking. I've got an aluminum radiator with built in trans cooler with a 2800 cfm electric fan. No external cooler. Trans reaches 180 degrees pretty quickly with a few trips around the block. If I disconnect the lock up wiring, it acts normal and seems to shift normally, but still gets hot quickly. I'm afraid to drive it too far for fear of overheating the trans. I've checked wiring connections and they seem to be okay. Depressing the brake pedal slightly does cut off power to the lock up correctly. Pressure gauge shows 90 psi at idle and jumps to 120 psi on acceleration.
