Removing Pressure valve in PS box??

I did the 3rd generation power steering swap in my 69 Camaro.

I read somewhere maybe here or teamcamaro that you should remove the Pressure Valve when you do it..

      What does that mean?
      What does it do?
and How do I do it??

      Thanks

there is a check valve in the inlet port, but it's risky to remove. i'd just leave it alone.
67 Camaro RS that will be faster than anything Mary owns.

Can you tell me what the benifit is?
When you say inlet you mean FROM the PUMP side not the return??

      Also why is it risky?

      Thanks
