      Subframe bolts

Does anyone have the bolt size for connecting the subframe to body and subframe to radiator mounts? My car had the solid biscuits so the bolts are too short for the interlocking frame bushings I have now. I have a hard time paying DSE for thier stainless bolts. Nice and pretty though. Thanks.

Just weld the subframe on the car directly. It'll be like poor man's channeling, and weld beads are lighter than six bolts and six pairs of bushings!

j/k, though I'd do it that way on a racecar.

IIRC, I used 15/16" socket to remove the bolts on floor mount and firewall mount. So I'd say they're probably 5/8-11. Core support mount bolt may be smaller, but I forgot.

Katz, that would be enough out of you. You have given me enough ideas already. Stop it. And why did you send your cold rainy weather down here to Vegas? Have fun.

You will have trouble removing the trans crossmember if you shorten the subframe spacers too much. The steering column alignment can suffer too.
67 Camaro RS that will be faster than anything Mary owns.
