      Carb Recommendations

I've ordered a remanufactured Holley 80508 750 CFM carb from Summit, but it is back order for a few weeks. This is giving me time to rethink my decision. What would you recommend for a ZZ4 350 (355 HP)? It is in a 71 Nova with an M20 trans and 3.73 gears. It is mostly street driven. I've also considered an 770 Street Advenger, 700 and 750 CFM double pumpers with an electric choke and a 750 CFM Edelbrock Performer.

I'm looking at the remanufactured carbs because they've been hand checked and assembled and they cost less. Should be at least as good as a new one.

Im running a 750 holley 4150 on a stroke 427 sbc, making roughly 575hp. for a mild 350 id go smaller. Is like putting a hugh set of heads on a motor... less u plan on flooring it a 1/4 mile at a time and shifting at 8000 rpm.. whats the point. youll get better throttle responce out of a smaller carb, but with a bigger one youll definatly be hitting the gas station more. just my .02
