no, it's because it has the foose design heritage. wouldn't you pay $4k for that? it means that no matter what kind of hack you are it'll have to come out looking great, after all it's a foose.
i wonder what foose would say if he sees this?

I wonder what he was trying to say? It is a rusted out shell with no work begun, who cares about the previous owner or their plans for the car? But, in the end, everything sells... $4k for this though...
