Goodguys Columbus, OH - Who's going

I have wanted to attend the Columbus Goodguys show for the past couple years. Things are lining up this year, so I should be able to attend.

Any tips from those who have atteneded? Where to stay, where are some local hotspots for cruise nights.

I will be coming from Milwaukee, WI on my motorcycle. Anybody from the area heading out that way?

We will be there, stop by and say hello. We have lots going on.....

There will be plenty of things to see and do at the 11th annual GoodGuys Nationals in Columbus, OH this coming weekend. We certainly have a full list. Take a look at some of the things going on:

The entry list is looking promising, and giving out this award will be a tough decision. New to the “SMOTY” this year is the requirement for the contestants to make at least 3 passes on the Street Challenge Autocross. We will have coverage on our site as soon as possible this weekend. Stay tuned.

This is our last week to enjoy the 1970 GoodGuys Chevelle around the shop here at air ride Technologies. After July 13th, it will have a new owner. This car has been thoroughly enjoyed, to the tune of over 12,000 miles in 12 months time. Handing the keys over will be difficult to say the least.

We are please to welcome Scott Pruett as a guest to the GoodGuys Nationals. Scott is not only a very accomplished racer, but a devoted hot rodder as well. He will be hanging out with the air ride Technologies crew on Friday & Saturday. Stop by and take a chance to meet him and share some stories.

      Scott’s tentative schedule:
Friday – 10-4 – running cars through the autocross, meeting and greeting people
Saturday – 10-11 Autographs at Air Ride Technologies display
Saturday – 11-12 Air Ride Technologies seminar
Saturday – 1:30 – 2:30 Autographs at Air Ride Technologies display

Moments after the Chevelle’s keys have been awarded to the 2008 winner in Columbus, the 2009 giveaway car will be unveiled to the public. This car will pick up where the Chevelle leaves off and is sure to seen throughout the remainder of the 2008 and into the 2009 season when it will be given away at the 12th Annual GoodGuys Nationals.

Im comming Sat. in the past i have gone all weakend but waited to long to get a quality hotel!.
You will not regret going probably one of the top 5 shows in the country to attend! there should be some heavy hitters in the pros picks area!
And if you ride your bike its nice they let you park your bike right next to the gate less walking and its on concrete! you'll see the rows of bikes lol. Cant wait! always a great show!
