      6.0 in 69 camaro

Guy's just run up on a great deal on a 6.0 iron block truck engine to go in my 69,I know this has probably been asked several times but where is the best place to get motor mounts and trans mounts for this, going to be using a 6spd,also if there is any more info on the swap out there that i could check out please let me know.

carshopinc.com or t56kit.com has the ATS plates. More expensive but they look nicer imo. You will need

Motor mount adapter plates - ATS (t56kit.com) $125
      SBC motor mounts - $50
      sbc frame mounts - $40
      a clutch master cylinder adapter plate - $65 ( i think)
new 67-69 clutch brake pedal assembly - $70
an adjustable clutch master cylinder and new slave cylinder - like $260 modified (i think)
      a t56 crossmember - maybe $250

You can buy all of that from t56k it.com. Thats where i got all of my stuff.

This forum has plenty of info too. At the top of this forum you'll find a sticky of known swap combos. You should be able to find one for you 69 there. If you also do a search here you'll find a lot of people in your same position and the answers to many of your questions. Just remember that you 6.0 is the same as any other LSx as far as mounting the engine and getting it to run in the car. Good luck.
