The original Provair is making huge progress

My brother, the guy who got me into corvairs, finally got around to taking his project seriously. That, or he got sick of watching me have all the fun! LOL!

Here is it's first time burning some fuel.

It's off to the muffler shop this weekend to button that up, and then it'll be on the road. Time for some wheels and tires. Pics and more videos of the inevitable drag race to follow.
      /Im SO going to win...

The car is retina burning. Pictures don't do it justice. It's almost hard to look at in the light. he went with pipes for a Suzuki motorcycle for mufflers. I can't wait to hear it.

      Pretty decent throttle response.

Ok Tony more pics of the rest of the vair.

I've seen that Good Guys vair before, neat car. I think the owner molded a 2nd gen camaro spoiler from the other pictures I've seen.

Just the cover over the engine was carbon - the rest was pretty stockish.

that's the idea. Dont get me wrong. we're hardcore V8 loving chevy guys . Danny's first car was a 64 chevelle and mine was a camaro. But with the prices of these cars and gas these days. Someone has to popularize an alternative.
