I've been calling for almost 2 weeks now. the phone is either busy or just rings. Can anyone else get in touch with him?

It's been the same for me for over 3 months. Hundreds of calls (automatic redial every 5 minutes for several days). I ended up diving in on my own. Good luck.

The up side is that there is enough info on the website to figure a good system out. I've incorporated several of their ideas into my project. I'd like to support that information by buying from them, but I couldn't wait with no reassurance as to when they would take and fill my order.

I went through this same thing, Mark is an interesting dude. You just have to keep trying to reach him...once you get the guy on the phone, he will talk your ear off about your car, your electrical system, etc.

I finally got ahold of him, ordered and installed the remote starter solenoid kit, which makes your starter hookup a 1 wire deal. I have a pic of it in my progress update thread if interested.

      Keep trying.
Mark is worth the phone time.

Have your questions ready, ALL of them, you only get so many opportunities to ask, (yes he is hard to get ahold of)
