      New project idea

I have been gone for a little while but I am king about getting a new project. What do you guys think about a PT-Buick GS. This is what I was thinking....18" all the way around. lowered down to get the right stance, and a fuel injected 455.

I have a line on a car for pretty cheap but need a lot of work. Just wondering what you all thought

      Thanks
      Matthew

I am glad he or his wife is enjoying the car. He sent me some pictures of the convertible and it is looking good. He said he has been working hard on that one since he is done with mine for a while..

The car is a 72' Buick GS. Has a 350 now but that would have to go....

BTW...we have a free calender/poster with my GSX on it for any Pro-Tour.com member who would like one. [there is a shipping charge if nothing else is ordered]
Its a cool picture that Steven Rupp shot 2 years ago at the RTTH2 event in Pigeon Forge at the AutoX from Hell.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Almost every year of those is gorgeous and a great platform to PT! Sounds like a killer plan too.

Make sure the body and trim are all there and in repairable shape. Parts are hard to find and EXPENSIVE. This ain't no Chevelle you're talking about...

X2, my last car was a 68 GS400 Convert that I did a full resto on, all the stuff that is available in catalogs for your chevelle or camaro can be had for the buick....at 3 times the price...buy a restored Buick and do the PT work to it.
