      12 bolt what to do??????????

ok guys....i attempted to go to the track(drags) last friday and car ran great all the way there(1.5 hrs) got up there and 1st run snapped a left axle(sticky track + drag radials + 4900 launch= broken axle) so i gotta say im tired of rear problems, this is the 3rd time something has happened to it...so now im weighing my options...1put a set of stock replacement axles in it and drive it (like moser or strange etc) 2 bump up to 33 spline axles, new posi and c clip elimanators(cause yes the wheel did hit the qtr!!!wtf!) or 3 buy a new moser 12 bolt with 33 spline axles and put mine back together and sell it because it is a very nice original nova/ camaro 12 bolt to try to suck up the costs...
im leanng towards either option 2 or 3....cause i want to be done with it! does anybody know if i use c clip elimantors and 33 spline axles will i have to do any mods to the housing ? or will they bolt up??

i thought about that as well but i already have a custome dennys drive shaft with 1350 yoke....with a 9" i will most likely have to shorten or lengthen it because of the different pinion angle....and lets not forget they are less efficient....well a little ....lol

current set up is around 450 hp/tq + 150 shot of nitrous, i am building a new 383 this winter that should be in the 500-525 range + nitrous....im just sick of dealing with broken rear ends, i want to fix it this last time right i just assume over build it and have no problems.....
im sure the 5000 rpm launch didnt help my situation....lol

I would not chop up that rear its worth to much to the resto guys. If you do then do not use c-clip eliminators you are begging for leaks. Use Ford ends instead.

I would just build a 9" with the money your 12" will bring

... and then also consider something other than Moser.
