E85 - Who Is Running This Through a Carb??
I was down at the Dyno Shop today because I want to get my car on the Dyno and tuned. I have a 750 Holley right now and the guy said I would need a 850 or 950 to get the most HP out of my 496 Big Block.
Well... He also mentioned I might be interested in going with an E85 Carb because E85 is available in Wichita, KS at about $2.39/Gallon right now. He said I would get about 15-20 more HP if I went to E85.
My question is this... Who here is running E85? Are you happy with it? Let me know all your thoughts about it and what you like/dislike... I have a couple weeks before I decide which route I want to go and I am looking for some good feedback.

How exactly is your car used...meaning how much do you actually drive it a year? Are you coming off a recent restoration, in progress or? Depending on your current setup you might also have to change some aspects of your current fuel system to run the E85 longterm without issues.
