fuel by the 1/2 gallon
Just heard on the radio that there are quite a few analog pumps (the ones with actual numbers that click over) in rural Washington State. Well, the mfg never figured that fuel would get to $4.00/gal so the highest they can go is $3.99/gal. So they now have permission from the state to sell fuel by the 1/2 gallon; just as long as it is well marked that people are buying a 1/2 and not the full gallon!
