Jr Dragsters
Anyones kid race a Jr, My daughter wants one she is 8, after seeing dad race she wants to. Wondering what to look for in a used car, engines, etc

I drove one when I was 14 just to try it. Too slow for me at that part in my life. Although they didn't have the 7 and 8 sec things they have running around now.
I know a bunch of guys that we race with have ones for their kids. They say its a LOT of work to keep thing going. Meaning pretty much every round you have to do something to them. Their kids do love them tho.
Becareful with who you get to build one or where you get one from. I read something somewhere that said there were some scum bags around building cheap ones (ie conduit for rollcages) and selling them. Wish I could point you to where I saw that (it may have been on here).
