      how to make a 10" rim into a 9"?

I am wondering if this can be done by a machine shop and how they do it. has anyone done this before, what is the ballpark cost for doing 2?

www.weldcraftwheels.com seems to be the most popular source for having this done. This isn't the type of work that you should be taking to just any old machine shop.
