      who makes the smallest supercharger?

looking at the idea of running a supercharger, but would like to try to mount it down low, similar to an alternator.(not sure if possible)
will have to make up custom brackets and piping.
      who makes the smallest unit?
anyone have an older/damaged unit that they want to get rid of for mock up?
      chris

Have you considered the rear mount turbo unit??

It sure free's up a bunch of room under the hood and if piped right could be darn near stealthy, imho.

The Rotrex units won't move enough air to make it worthwhile on a LTx motor. Generally small supercharger = small boost. But you'd still need most of the supporting equipment & tubing. So most of the hassle for a small payoff - why would you want that?

      I guess 1,160hp isn't enough...

Sure they are no F-1R but they pack a pretty powerful punch for their size.

I was referring to a single unit since he was looking for a small package. That's a nice sleeper, though. I'd like to see it in person.

I think for a single unit, powerful package you would be hard pressed to beat the Vortech YSi head unit.

I saw it at the 2006 Power Tour. If you didn't notice the rear wheels and tires chances are you would walk right past it. Fabrication was really well done.
