      69 GTO B.S. help please

I'm looking to put a set of these on my Goat I just want to make sure they will fit before I dump a load of cash for them . I'm looking at 18x8 in front with 5.0 BS and rear 18x10 with 6.0 BS I have stock suspension. tires are 245/40 and 275/40 rear unless I can go a little bigger .Please let me know if this would be the right BS for this car Lord knows I would hate to spend 2600. and have them displayed on my wall in the house. Thank you all in advance

I have a 72 GTO and I am running 18x9 in the front with a 275/35/18 and in the rear I am running a 18x10 with 295/35/18, the tires are KUMO'S. There is no rubbing at all.

I would check the overall diameter of the front wheels. The diameter of the 69 fenders closes in at the bottom and are tighter than the 70-72. I have know the on stock fenders anything larger than a 235/60/15 will rub; however I have 255/45/18 on the 70 with no problem.
