      ATS Billet Arm problem?

Before I called ATS I figured maybe someone here would be able to answer quicker... Maybe tonight?

I have the ATS spindles with the billet arms and S&P uppers. I ordered new tie rod arms from PST along with Hotchkis tie rod sleeves. Everything has pretty much gone smooth with the install so far (70' Buick GS) but the outer tie rods won't fit all the way up in the billet arm. The tip goes through and I can thread the nut on, but I can't thread it down far enough to get the cotter pin in the hole.

      Anyone run into this before?

What is the PN you have on the steering arms?

The invoice shows 030025. Is there a place on the arm itself I can look?

Not really. The way I tell them apart before boxing them is physically checking each one with the appropriate outer tie rod arm. On the G/B body steering arms I include a steel washer and typically mark the part where the castleated nut tightens with a silver sharpie.

Take them to Napa and try to see if a G/B body outer tie rod will fit.
The PN you posted is the correct one for an A body. If you'd like you can call me in the AM and I'll measure each hole diameter so we can tell you for sure which arms they are.
