San Antonio be there (cancelled)
Ok, enough bitching that we don't offer events other than Pigeon Forge. Another member is helping me and we are working very hard to have an event in Texas in the spring. This will not interfere with Goodguys or the Year One Experience. It will be a autocross similar to the one we had here and the drag strip will be...well a drag strip.
I need a head count of those that can commit to coming. We don't know the hard figures yet but probably $40 to autocross and $25 to drag race. We will limit the autocross to probably 50 cars and dragracing to 75. We will have the track all day both the 25 and 26 and autocross on that Friday and drag on the Saturday. POST HERE AND NOW if you are interested and will attend. The first 40 people will be the ones that get a slot for the autocross. The other ten will be saved for sponsor spots.

Are yall gonna have a car show or anything to go with it? I would love to head out there but serioiusly doubt my ride will be near ready at that time!!!

We may have a show and shine on Saturday if there is enough interest.
We will be having a decent cruise on Sunday for those that can hang around an extra day.Bill

San Antonio sounds like a damn good place to have a get together. There's no way I'll have my car together, but if you need some help organizing, I'm there. There's lots of PT heads down here.

Sounds cool. Depends if my car is going, then broke, then going, or if it is broke again! LOL!
Is the autocross a parking lot race or more like a track event? Dragstrip full or half?

Sounds good Bill and looking forward to it. may be able to bring the family along. Do you have any base location as of yet? I have quite a few choices in places to stay in that area. Let me know if you need anything.

The autocross will be in the parking lot. Dragstrip will be the full 1/4 mile. I may even bring out the 8 sec 6pd Supra for some exibition runs. Originally Posted by shmoov69
