Nice ride wickedbird, thanks for the ideas. I'm still torn wether I should spray the body shotz on the inside or outside of the floors. Want it to look sort of factory and not like it is a shiny bed liner coating on it.

Lizard skin inside might be an option. Expensive but lightweight & thin - comes in deadener and insulation. Sprays on, kinda has the weight and consistency of whipped cream, dries hard as a rock. Put carpet over it then do the stock stuff on the bottom (outside the car).

Just be careful where you get it...once this stuff dries sanding is a bit tough.
