      New to the Scene

Hi All, just chiming in here for the first time. My name is Steve and I'm from the frozen tundra in Minnesota. My car is a 66 Pontiac Catalina. I've had this car for about the last 10 years. The first 8 years I enjoyed the car for what it was, a big land yacht, but more recently the car has underwent a complete transformation to bad ass street machine. It is still a work in progress, but am hoping to hit the pavement this summer. I will post a few pics showing what all I've done to it.

Ok I guess I can do a few more at once.

Picture one is the new power plant, a refreshened Butler Built 474

Pictures two and three show the custom built Ford 9" rearend complete with 3/4" custom sway bar, QA1 adjustable shocks, adjustable tubular control arms, and Wilwood disc brakes.

Picture four shows the redone interior complete with buckets, console, and B&M ratchet shifter.

Very nice looking car, its great to see more Pontiacs. Hopefully when we stop getting ice storms here in Missouri I'll be able to start working on my Grand Prix
