      They will both work just fine. The purpose of the blow off valve is to protect the blower from spiking pressure when your throttle body slams closed. This pressure will be pretty close to the same at both points. One could say the shockwave starts at the throttle body so put it there. I don't think it will matter either way. Unless your intercooler collapses...
