454 bbc, what box?

hey guys ive recently bought a 454 gen VI for my 72 camaro, im looking to fit a manual box to it.

what are my options?

ive noticed that there are lots of t56's out there, would a cable lt1 t56 fit straight on? or would i be better off with a tko 5/6?



are there any other options? 5 speed + is a must though
