      Camaro to Cutlass booster interchange..?

Will a hydroboost unit that was in a 1968 Camaro bolt up to a 1969 Cutlass? Specifically the mounting bracket and brake pedal rod?

      Thanks

Ok maybe this will help... I know the boosters are interchangeable between a Cutlass and a Chevelle....

So, would the booster from a 68 Camaro fit a 68-72 Chevelle?

mr nick , i had a good amount of those cars and the camaro will not fit that application . for one thing the mounting braket is diffent and the amount of throw from pedals to unit is differnt also . are you tring to switch this from another car? i

      good luck with your project

Yes, I found a guy selling a nice hydroboost unit that was in a 1968 Camaro. I'd like to install it in my 1969 Cutlass... so it's not a bolt in match then?

nope , i know that there is a differnt part number for that unit from hydro boost for camaro and cutlass/chevelle , if i were you id search chevelle stuff to match your configuration . i really belive in also using correct matching stuff when it comes to brakes , ive seen many accidents due to tring to make stuff work from other stuff to save a dime . hope this helps
