      Toe-in or Toe-out?

Just wanted to get some opinions on front toe settings for an aggressive street alignment. I just finished putting a new Art Morrison C5 subframe in my 67 Camaro, and have had it on my alignment machine twice getting everything sorted out.

In the end I am very happy with the alignment settings. Here is what I ended up with:

      Caster: +6 degrees

      Camber: -1 degree

      Toe: aprox. 0 toe

I knew what I wanted for my camber and caster, but was unsure on the toe. I decided to set it to the stock C5 vette spec, which was zero toe. Now I'm thinking if this was the best choice and whether I should have added a little toe-in. What do you guys think?

      I would say in 1/32 to 1/16"

Without overthinking your response answer this question:

How does the car feel on turn-in?

With 1 deg neg camber you can easily use 0 toe.
What is the C5 spec for camber and caster?

The more neg camber you use, the more towards toe out you need to go. 1 deg neg camber will add a lot of camber thrust which has to be reduced by using 0 toe to adding some toe out.
Race Car Vehicle Dynamics by Milliken and Milliken offers that for every degree of neg camber, you need to reduce toe in by .1 deg per wheel. This is for Radial tires, a bias ply tire needs .2 deg less toe in.

I just drove the car home the other night, and have not had a chance to really drive it yet for an evaluation. I plan to take it on some nice, windy roads this weekend.

The spec for a C5 Z06 is +6.9 degrees of caster and -0.7 degrees of camber (+ or - 1/2 degree). Toe setting is actually 1/32" (+ or - 3/32") in the book I'm looking at right now for the C5 Z06. I forgot that I actually used the C4 spec of 0 toe (+ or - 3/32"). So I guess my toe setting is within tolerance for either car.

I found my alignment printout and my total toe setting is actually -1/60 degree, which is just ever so slightly toed out. I'd just as well call it zero toe.
