Looks like a good polish job on a black paint, likely less about paint and more about post-paint effort. I still have three stages left and was able to get a good initial shine. Dupont Note: Camera is a first generation digital 2Mp... also I'm not saying I'm better than the above just that it looks like they did good body work and went through good polish stages. I don't think it was the paint .. it was human effort............my guess.

What grit paper do u use when color sanding, and I mean every step. All It takes is time. If you start with 600 and work your way all the way up to 3000 and not skip any steps, compound, and polish. It will look like that! I like PPG 2021

i usually dont have to use 600 thats heavy... i start with 1000 or 1500
and finish with 2000 or 2500 and i dont use compound i use perfect it 2 instead... and finish it with that 3m pollish. i have never used 3000

to get that kind of shine most of the time you have to have lots of clear and start with 600 to 800...i painted at a bodyshop for seven years and if your willing to do it you can get it. i like ppg 2021 also but dupont 72500 premier and r&m diamont 5300 also look just as good when cleared sanded and cleared again.

600 grit knocks it flat and 3000 makes a big difference b4 polishing. Your def not gonna get a shine like that stoppong at 2000.

you have to be carefull if you put to much on at once but normally three medium to wet coats is the max with the new clears...clear it once then sand with 600 and clear again and it will lay down so smooth you wont want to buff but if you do it will look like a deep old laquer job that has ten coats on it.
