      Introducing Schott Performance Wheels

Driverz, Inc is proud to introduce to the G-machine and Pro-touring community, Schott Performance Wheels.

Schott Cover Loc wheels are made in America and are designed for those of us who appreciate technical innovation with unmatched quality that can only be achieved with state of the art manufacturing, the best materials available, and a passion for fit, form, and function.

Schott Wheel Company is a team of professionals with decades of experience in wheel manufacturing. They design, engineer and build all of their own original products and offer outstanding service and support.

Schott Cover-Loc wheels are custom built to be application specific. Each wheel is made with precisely machined components from Forged and Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum for light weight and strength.

All center nuts and nut wrenches are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and designed for a positive engagement with slip resistant operation. For a little extra, choose from a variety of finishes or even customize to suit.

Cover-Loc™ Wheels have been designed with specific hardware requirements and that’s why each set of wheels includes Drive-Loc hardware at no additional cost.

Custom built for most five lug applications (6 lug coming soon). Diameters available in 17”, 18” and 20”, up to 15” wide.

They have taken typically vulnerable components and designed them to be more durable and completely interchangeable. With removable threaded components, there’s no chance of damage during tire mounting and balancing.

For more information you are welcome to contact Jon at Driverz, Inc., an authorized dealer for Schott Performance Wheels, and please visit www.schottwheels.com for more.

PM's have been returned with quotes. Build time is 2 weeks on a set.

These wheels are above and beyond anything else on the market right now. Careful attention has been put on all the details, and machine tolerances are tighter than any other wheel.

For example, the Venom wheel actually has a ball mill that runs along the backside of the spoke, making the wheel lighter, and better looking.

      Like powder coated centers?
'As cast' type of finish w/a polished rim?
Up to 15" wide in what increments? (20x10, 11, etc....)

YES, completely hidden lugs. Check out the video:

      http://www.schottwheels.com/cover-loc.cfm

The caps are completely machined out of 6061-t6 with the tightest tolerances on the market. The cover loc is machined to match each wheel design. Under the cover-loc center cap, hides spline drive lug nuts. All hardware, including the machined wrench is supplied with the wheels.

There are three different options for the center nut. A spanner, hex, and crescent style:

And an optional authentic 3-bar spinner:

YES, there are finish options. Brushed, Polished, and Anodized. AND, a combo of anodizing and re-machined. This meaning the face of a wheel can be anodized, then the sides of the spokes can be re-machined and polished or brushed for a truly unique look, that no other wheel company is offering.

And sizes "up to 15" would include 11, 12, 13...

Ok heres a question for you. On the G5 say i wanted the main face anodized charcoal gray the same color as my car, but wanted the lip and the inside part of the spokes left chrome would that be possible?

Yes, the face of the wheel can be anodized charcoal grey, and then re-machined the sides of the spoke and polished which will give the wheel the two tone center section. The rim lip will be polished.

As you can clearly tell, there is MUCH more machine time and engineering behind each Schott Wheel design. For example, the Camber wheel center is not only machined from the front side, but then turned around and machined from the backside. There is a ball mill that runs around the spoke area framing the backside of the spoke as well. This lightens weight where it can be shed, and adds for better apprearance. This is only one example. Also, the Cover-loc cover plate is machined seperately to match each specific design. And finally, Schott Performance sweats the details. You will begin to notice the extemely tight tolerances associated to there executed perfection. So comparing Schott wheels to Intro, or Bonspeed is comparing a Ferrari to a mustang. A mustang peforms pretty well, but it's no Ferrari.

Pricing you will find very reasonable considering the quality of the wheel. For a quote, email or PM.

The Ferrari is also out of reach ($) for most people as well.

      ScotI-

Sent you a PM back with a quote. Wheel designs are priced specfic to design. The Velocity being on the high end because it is more machine intensive.
