Looking for a repair shop, Chicago area

I have a '79 Camaro, and it needs to have the engine pulled so that the freeze plugs can be replaced. I am considering either dropping in a new engine or replacing the cam shaft, carb and intake at the same time.

I live in the city (Chicago) and am trying to find a good place to have the work done.
