Looking for someone that can fabricate custom sway bars

I currently have a pair of sway bars that I am looking to duplicate in a larger diameter. The bars I have can be used as patterns, and I can provide those. I am not after mega thick bars. Likely 1-1.125" for the front and .750-.875" for the rear. The rear bar will need to be narrower than the original, and I can supply those exact dimensions. Solid bars are fine, and if hollow bars are possible I would step up to those.

I prefer to deal with a shop/individual who has experience in fabricating sway bars. Feel free to E-mail me. [email protected]

Try looking at the circle track style bars. They are available in many diameters and would be way cheaper than custom bars. They can be adapted to most applications. By the way making the rear bar narrower will automatically make it stiffer without increasing the diameter.

Thanks, If you plan on putting shockwave air ride on the car, do you have to still get worry about the size of the sway bar?

My setup is double adjustable coil overs at all 4 corners, and I have no experience with air ride stuff. But if I were to venture a guess, I would say sizing the sway bars for an air ride setup wouldnt be that much different than doing so for a common spring type suspension. They are still doing the same job.

      +1 for Hellwig

They are in California, and specialize in building sway bars. They were going to custom bend me a bar for my Wayne Due C5 subframe, and the price was VERY fair. I sent them the bar, and they ended up finding a very close match in an off-the-shelf bar they sell. I'd call them before I tried anyone else.
