Cylinder Head Swap?

I have the opportunity to swap heads and was wondering what to do. Need several opinions.

I am now running aluminum canfields 200cc 2.05/1.60
I can switch to cast iron world products 220cc 2.08/1.60 a friend has them and they have very little use.

The motor is a sbc 406 motown race block 8.6 to 1.
Vortech ysi-7 straight discharge
Cam 278/287 @.050 .630 lift soild roller
Billet aersol 850 blow throw carb
Bell Air to Air intercooler
Alky/H20 Boost cooler
