But why would you want something "altered" to fit your car when you can have it custom made "to" your car?

Thats a very good point, I cant seem to find any time to call AME but I surely need to...We are really considering a full chassis at this point, the trunk needs a patch and is going to get cut up for the mini-tubs, the floor needs a new transmission tunnel and drivers side pan, what the heck...at this point whats a passenger side floor pan and a new firewall!!!!

on a slightly different note, does anybody have any idea how difficult it would be to get the front clip of a first gen camaro onto a 3rd gen nova? now my rational for this is probly completly off so please feel free to correct me if i am wrong, but since they both use the same front clip, I am assuming they are about the same length from firewall to the nose...I wonder how difficult it would be to make this work, I want something different from the original nova, I just dont like the front and I think the camaro front could look cool...now if somebody has already done this please let me know, I have amnesia so trust me, I have forgotten lol

The Venom chassy looks like it's more set up for drag rather then Pro touring. I Can't say enought about AM. They rock.
If your handy with a welder and like to do fabrication you would save some dough doing what I did...
Have AM build you a custom front sub-frame then knotch and weld it into the pan of your car. It will keep things light as well as stiffen everything up.

But I tend to be on the extreme side when it comes to cars.. HA!

It was a photochop, with the bad color blending and all.
I like both the Nova and the Camaro, but not together in one.

there is, I'm estimating, a 0% chance any real-life hybrid between a camaro and a nova would ever look as good as either of those renderings. Heck, most normal renderings look better than the car will, and that's when the final product won't be a crazy amalgam of body lines and contours. This isn't like putting an early 2nd gen front clip on a late 2nd gen...this is going to take monumental amounts of body work, effectively recreating the entire car, for it to look even remotely ok.

I say, for god's sake, don't do it. But if you do, good luck.
